Vachi Services was founded in 2022 in Danbury, Connecticut. We help companies get more from the CRM and AI platforms they already pay for, and build the systems they are missing.
Founder
Led by a certified Salesforce and Agentforce practitioner.
Vachi Services is led by Ravi Peddyreddy, a Salesforce engineer with more than eleven years of experience and a master's degree in IT. For the last seven years he has worked on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud inside a large US manufacturer. Before that, he delivered Salesforce for global logistics and financial services clients, including Classic to Lightning migrations.
That background shapes how we work: we design for real sales and service processes, we treat production systems with care, and we recommend only what we would run ourselves.
